Nearshore back office for solar installers
Prepaid Power Purchase Agreements, Fully Administered
The hardest solar deal to fund — two funding streams, two document sets, two clocks per project. We run all of it for installers, so you get funded instead of buried in paperwork.

What it is
In a solar lease, the homeowner pays to use a system a third party owns. The owner takes on ownership, maintenance, and the federal tax credit. For the installer, funding runs through the owner’s process — a document package and a review that has to clear before the payment releases.
Monthly or prepaid
A lease can be paid monthly or prepaid upfront (you may hear it called prepaid solar). Prepaying means lower or no monthly payments and adds a second funding stream — the customer prepayment — alongside the tax-credit portion. We handle both.
The problem
Why it’s hard to administer
Every finance company is different
Each one wants the package assembled its own way. We adapt to all of them.
Funded through the owner
The third-party owner controls the documents and timeline for releasing funds.
Rejections cost you time
Missing or non-conforming documents bounce the package and delay payment.
What we do
What our team handles
- Collect, assemble, and submit every package — built to each finance company’s requirements and the third-party owner’s.
- Drive each rejection to remedy and confirm funding.
- Keep every submission aligned with the rules that protect the tax credit, so funding doesn’t stall.
- All inside your systems, under access you control and revoke.
The boundary
We never hold your finance-company logins. You grant least-privilege access and revoke it anytime.
Nearshore. Pacific time. A fraction of a US back office.
You focus on selling and installing. We make the paperwork disappear.
Cleaner submissions, faster funding, healthier cash flow — without adding a single person to your back office.
