Nearshore back office for solar installers
Third-Party-Owned Solar, Fully Administered
An investor owns the system and claims the federal tax credit while the homeowner leases it, buys the power, or prepays. It’s how residential solar still reaches a federal credit in 2026 — and it’s the hardest to fund. Our team runs the submission and funding across every version.

What it is
In a third-party-owned (TPO) deal, the homeowner never owns the system. A third party does — and claims the federal tax credit — while the homeowner pays through a lease, a power-purchase agreement, or an upfront prepayment. Since the residential owner credit ended in 2026, third-party ownership is the only structure that still brings a federal tax credit into a home solar deal. It also carries the most paperwork, the most funding steps, and the tightest sourcing rules.
What it is
Why it’s hard to administer
Every finance company is different
Each one wants the package assembled and submitted its own way. We adapt to all of them.
Owner-side funding
The third-party owner runs its own documents and timeline for releasing funds, on top of the finance company.
Rules that protect the credit
The federal tax credit comes with sourcing and documentation rules that can stall funding if a detail slips.

What we do
What our team handles
- Collect, assemble, and submit every package — built to each finance company’s requirements and the third-party owner’s.
- Drive each rejection to remedy and confirm funding.
- Keep every submission aligned with the rules that protect the tax credit, so funding doesn’t stall.
- All inside your systems, under access you control and revoke.
The boundary
We never hold your finance-company logins. You grant least-privilege access and revoke it anytime.

Every TPO structure, funded — without the back-office load.
We carry the submission, remedy, and compliance paperwork so your team stays on selling and installing.
